A ticket account no longer waits for staff to approve it. Make one on the Tickets page and you can send a ticket right away.
Once a ticket is sorted you can close it yourself, so you don't have to wait for staff to do it.

You can now tie your Minecraft account (Java or Bedrock), your Discord and a playloadd.com account together as one Loadd Account. Get a code with /link in game and type it into /link in Discord, or do it the other way round.
Once you're linked, your Discord roles follow your rank in the game. If you don't play Minecraft and just want to chat, open a ticket and ask staff for a chat pass.

Loadd Snake is a game you can play in your browser. Five levels, one life. You can practise as much as you like, and a full run from level 1 without dying can win in-game money on Loadd SMP.
Prizes are paid in the game, never in real money. A big win needs a screen recording before it's paid. You can play it at playloadd.com/snake.

The golden shovel claims from the start of the season are gone. Land is claimed by staff now, so you can't claim it yourself.
If you're 12 or under and want a private base where nobody can fight you, ask for one in a ticket. PvP in claimed land is off unless staff turn it on for that claim.
