Apply in Discord. If you're 12 or under, apply using our ticket system here.

Who uses what

13 or older: Discord

Applications, appeals and questions all happen in our Discord. Open a ticket there and staff see it straight away. Do not say you are younger to use this page: lying about your age on an application is itself a ban. If you are 13 or older and genuinely cannot use Discord, you can still open a ticket here, but explain why in it, or it is closed without a reply.

12 or under: this page

Discord requires its members to be 13 or older, so younger players apply and reach staff here instead. The helper below asks the questions one at a time, answers what it can on the spot, and sends the rest to the same staff as a Discord ticket. Have a parent or guardian with you.

Ticket helper

A script, not a person. It checks the server for you, explains what can and can't be appealed, and takes your application or ticket.

Needed for applications. Optional otherwise, but without it we can't write back.

Applying: what you like doing in Minecraft, why Loadd, and that you've read the rules. Appealing: what for, when, and why we should look again.

You'll get a ticket id to keep.

Sent tickets are stored by Netlify, the company that hosts this site, and read only by Loadd staff. More in the privacy policy.

Open your ticket

Already sent one? Put its id in here to see what staff have said and write back.

The id is the key to the ticket: anyone who has it can read staff's replies and answer as you, so keep it to yourself and a parent or guardian. Staff are asked for a password before they see anything.

What happens next

A staff member reads it, usually within a few days. We're a small team and nobody is paid to sit by the inbox.

The reply goes to the parent or guardian contact you gave. If an application is accepted, the username is whitelisted and the server address simply starts working. A successful appeal looks the same.

One ticket per problem. Sending it twice puts you at the back of the queue, not the front.

If you haven't heard back from us in more than two weeks, something went wrong on our side. Ask a parent or guardian to message us in our Discord and mention your reference.
