The server

By connecting to Loadd SMP you agree to the rules. Access is a privilege we extend, not a service you're owed, and staff can suspend or remove it under those rules.

There is nothing to buy. We don't sell ranks, items, or tokens, so there are no purchases and no refunds. Loadd Tokens are in-game only and have no cash value.

The server can go offline for maintenance, updates, or because something broke. We'll say so in Discord when we can. World data can be lost in a bad enough failure; we keep backups, but we can't promise your builds are permanent.

You keep whatever rights you have in things you build. By building on the server you let us keep them in the world, back them up, and show them in screenshots or videos about the server.

The Loadd app

The Loadd app is in development. It contains games made by Loadd and games made by other developers, who keep all rights to their work and are credited in the app. When released, the app is provided as it is, for personal use, with no warranty. Don't redistribute it, sell it, or pass any of it off as your own. We may change or discontinue it at any time.

Loadd is not affiliated with Mojang, Microsoft, or Discord. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang AB. Your use of Minecraft and Discord is governed by their own terms.

We can update these terms. Changes are announced in Discord and the date at the top of this page moves. Questions go to our Discord or, for players 12 or under, the ticket system.
