Tickets
Questions and appeals go through Discord. If you're 12 or under, use our ticket system here instead.
Who uses what
13 or older: Discord
Appeals and questions all happen in our Discord. Open a ticket there and staff see it straight away. Do not say you are younger to use this page: lying about your age is itself a ban. If you are 13 or older and don't have Discord, or physically can't download it, contact staff through a ticket here and explain why. Staff may make a special case, but we would really prefer Discord if you can use it.
12 or under: this page
Discord requires its members to be 13 or older, so younger players reach staff here instead. The helper below asks the questions one at a time, answers what it can on the spot, and sends the rest to the same staff as a Discord ticket. Have a parent or guardian with you.
To send a ticket you need a ticket account. A parent or guardian creates it, and it can send tickets straight away.
No Minecraft account, or just here to chill in our Discord? Linking is the default for everyone, but staff can make an exception. Make a ticket account (tick "I don't have a Minecraft account"), then pick Chat pass in the helper below.
Ticket helper
A script, not a person. It checks the server for you, explains what can and can't be appealed, and takes your ticket. To link your Minecraft account to a ticket account, see How to link your account.
Sent tickets are stored by Netlify, the company that hosts this site, and read only by Loadd staff. More in the privacy policy.
Open your ticket
Already sent one? Put its id in here to see what staff have said and write back. You can close your own ticket any time you're done. It's your right.
A ticket opens only for the ticket account it belongs to: you need the id and to be signed in to that account. Someone who only has the id sees nothing. Staff are asked for their own password before they see anything.
What happens next
A staff member reads it, usually within a few days. Every ticket is read by a person, so give it a little time.
The reply goes to the parent or guardian contact you gave. If an appeal is successful, the ban is lifted and you can connect again.
One ticket per problem. Sending it twice puts you at the back of the queue, not the front.
If you haven't heard back from us in more than two weeks, something went wrong on our side. Ask a parent or guardian to message us in our Discord and mention your reference.
